We will strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the European Union and its member states regarding the transportation of goods to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchased products.

II. Shipping Time
We promise to arrange shipping within 5-7 business days after your order is successfully placed and payment is completed. Business days do not include EU statutory holidays and weekends.

III. Shipping Time
Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, the estimated shipping time to the EU is 20-40 calendar days. Shipping time may be affected by the geographical location of the destination country or region, local logistics conditions, customs clearance speed, weather, and other force majeure factors. Therefore, this time is only an estimate and the actual arrival time may be earlier or later.

For remote areas, shipping time may be longer. We will provide a rough estimate based on your delivery address when you place your order and provide an estimated shipping time range in the order information.

IV. Transportation Responsibilities

Our Responsibilities: Before shipment, we conduct rigorous quality inspections and packaging to ensure the effective protection of our products during transportation. We select reputable logistics partners with extensive EU transportation experience for transportation and sign agreements with them to clarify the responsibilities of both parties during transportation. If any damage, loss, or misdelivery of goods during transportation is caused by us (such as improper packaging or incorrect shipment), we will assume the corresponding responsibility and provide you with replacement products, returns, refunds, or other reasonable solutions.

Logistics Provider's Responsibilities: The logistics provider is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods during transportation. If any problems with the goods are caused by the logistics provider (such as negligence or delays during transportation), we will assist you in communicating and negotiating with the logistics provider to protect your legal rights.

Your Responsibilities: You must ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete, including street name, address, postal code, and contact number. If the goods are not delivered, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you will be responsible for any related liabilities and expenses. Upon receipt of your order, please be sure to check the quantity, appearance, and packaging for integrity. V. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the weight and volume of your order, the destination, and the selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed during the order process, and you can view the exact amount before payment.

Products entering the EU may be subject to customs clearance. The time and cost of customs clearance are determined by local customs regulations and are beyond our control. Any duties, VAT, handling fees, and other taxes incurred during customs clearance are your responsibility. These taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid to the customs or delivery service provider upon delivery.

We will provide accurate and complete product information and customs documents in accordance with EU customs requirements to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.

VII. Shipping Tracking
After shipment, we will email the tracking number to the email address you provide. You can use this tracking number to check the shipment status and location of your shipment on our website or the official website of the logistics provider.
If you encounter any problems while checking shipping information, or if the shipping status has not been updated for an extended period, please feel free to contact us and we will provide assistance and inquiry services.

VIII. Force Majeure
If the shipment of your shipment is disrupted due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, government policy changes, etc.), we will promptly notify you and, depending on the severity of the force majeure, offer solutions such as delayed shipment, order cancellation, and refund.
